In case it is required by ApeSoft technicians, follow the attached steps to activate the generation of activity traces for the different modules that make up the application:
Download the attached file "Activar_trazas_DCR.zip" (see link at the bottom of this article)
Extract the file "Activar_trazas_DCR.reg", and double-click on it to execute it.
Click on the "Yes" option if asked to confirm the action of modifying the registry.
After receiving notification that the registry has been modified, run DataCycle Reporting again, and wait to see the notice at the top of this article again.
Access the DataCycle Reporting installation directory, and send the dctraces.txt file to soporte@apesoft.com
The ApeSoft support team will analyze the received traces and will contact you as soon as possible
